K3 series honing tools

K3 series honing tools are used for 2,54 mm – 3,05 mm(.100" – .120") diameters, lengths are less than 5 times diameters.

These tools can be used in SUNNEN honing machines and our H series honing machines. We also could use portable hone tools to make some repairing working.

For example
K3-100CS : Soft material mandrel
K3-100CH :Hard material mandrel
K3-100CB : Soft bronze material mandrel

For longer length, we could make custom mandrel as your workpiece.

For example
K3DM45: K3 is K3 series , DM is diamond abrasive, 4 is 150 grit abrasive size, 5 is level 5 hardness.
