BL8 series honing tools are used for 6.22-7.82 mm(.245''-.308'') diameters, lengths are less than 5 times diameters.

These tools can be used in SUNNEN honing machines and our H series honing machines. We also could use portable hone tools to make some repairing working.

BL8-245CS : Soft material mandrel
BL8-245CH :Hard material mandrel
BL8-245CB : Soft bronze material mandrel


L8DM45: L8 is BL8/L8 series stones , DM is diamond abrasive, 4 is 150 grit abrasive size, 5 is level 5 hardness.

For longer length, we could make custom mandrel as your workpiece.
