JK8 series honing tools are used for 6.22-7.82 mm(.245''-.308'') diameters, lengths are less than 5 times diameters.

These tools can be used in SUNNEN honing machines and our H series honing machines. We also could use portable hone tools to make some repairing working.

JK8-245CS : Soft material mandrel
JK8-24CH :Hard material mandrel
JK8-240CB : Soft bronze material mandrel


K8DM45: K8 is K8 series , DM is diamond abrasive, 4 is 150 grit abrasive size, 5 is level 5 hardness.

For longer length, we could make custom mandrel as your workpiece.
