BL4 series honing tools are used for 3.05-3.81 mm(.120"– .150") diameters, lengths are less than 5 times diameters.

These tools can be used in SUNNEN honing machines and our H series honing machines. We also could use portable hone tools to make some repairing working.

BL4-120CS : Soft material mandrel
BL4-120CH :Hard material mandrel
BL4-120CB : Soft bronze material mandrel


L4DM45: L4 is BL4/L4 series stones , DM is diamond abrasive, 4 is 150 grit abrasive size, 5 is level 5 hardness.

For longer length, we could make custom mandrel as your workpiece.
