T300  Ultra

With regard to hard car requirements and against the world's top hard car lathe design, WHEELLONG Gold Wheel introduces T300 Ultra. Two precision versions, T300 and T300 Ultra, and a variety of MSY/L options are available for different scenarios 

Hard car "is commonly known as" replacing grinding with car ". It not only needs to have high hardness workpiece turning capacity,

but also needs to have the precision capacity of comparable grinding machine. It is generally believed that ultra-precision hard car

needs to achieve the following points:

•The workpiece hardness is greater than HRC60

•Dimension tolerance of workpiece reaches μ level

•Good tool life

•The form and position tolerance of workpiece shall reach μ level

•Workpiece roughness below Ra0.4

In view of the above requirements, T300 Ultra has designed and

selected the machine tool structure and main parts according to the world's top hard turning lathe, making it have excellent hard turning capacity.

T300 Ultra high-precision main shaft adopts high-precision bearing, the main shaft run-out is less than 1 μ, and ultra-precision static spindle can be selected, the run-out is less than 0.5 μ, the diameter of through hole can reach 86mm, and the standard configuration of main shaft encoder. The high power motor of Siemens is selected as the main shaft motor, with high and low gear adjustable

design, which can achieve a larger range of torque and power output。

The headstock is made of the same material as the bed. It is specially designed with a cooling rib structure and takes away the heat through the cooling air duct of the spindle. The headstock and the mounting surface of the bed are manually scraped to ensure the rigidity of the machine tool.
